of SEC's advocacy program.
Referrals from other organisations
and collaboration with like groups on issues and ventures of importance
to young children and families are integral to achieving positive
outcomes.
SEC takes a key role in advocating
for high quality services for children and families and in asserting
a key role for governments in the support of children and families.
